Today we have an incredible show with Jack Bosch. Jack is an immigrant from Germany who came to the US in 1997 with two suitcases and a bunch of student debt. He found himself a good job but soon realized it wasn’t his dream and he began to look for an alternative. That’s when he stumbled into real estate investing and into land flipping. Jack’s first year he did 63 deals while still working full time. He was able to pay off all his student loans, consumer debts, and saved a year’s worth of living expenses.
